做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
