做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
