做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
