做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
