做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
