做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
