做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
