做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
