做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
