做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
