做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
