做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
