做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
