做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
