做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
