做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
