做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
