做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
