做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
