做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
