做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
