做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
