做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
