做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
