做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
