做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
