做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
