做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
