做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
