做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
