做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
