做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
