做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
