做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
