做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
