做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
