做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
