做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
