做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
