做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
