做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
