做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
