做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
