做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
