做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
