做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
