做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
