做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
