做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
