做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
